Excellent Cabinet
Very spacious cabinet. Sturdy and safe handling drawers. You can only open one drawer at a time. Very satisfied with the product. Shipping & delivery was quick. The product was well packaged to avoid damage in transit.

I had this filing cabinet delivered and about 2 weeks later I got around to setting it up. All of the railings were crooked. I could not hang any file folders. They sent me new ones, same problem. They sent me new railings four times and they all had the same issue. Couple that with the crappy locking mechanism and it's basically useless. They wanted me to return ...

Never delivered
This item shows as delivered with me signing for it but it never arrived and I waited all day for it. Now they are investigating instead of just sending me a replacement. My whole office has been moved around in anticipation of this delivery and now it just stays that way until they decide to fix it with a replacement. Appalling.

The delivery was completed without any problems. The delivery person was extremely helpful and had brought the 195 lb. file cabinet to the rear door. I called Staples Customer Service at 9am the morning of the delivery to obtain delivery status and they advised they could not give me a narrower timeframe than 8 am to 5 pm due to the privacy of the delivery drivers. uh??? This is the best purchase ever! Hard to believe that people would purchase a filing cabinet that they would assemble themselves! This was worth every penny. Extremely sturdy. Very well put together. Love it!

The file cabinet was delivered to the wrong place but they did try to make that right. The experience with the various customer service reps was what I would call good customer service. Damaged
Placed an order for two cabinets one was delivered with severe damage to the bottom corner. It was unusable and will be returned. Very disappointed in quality as well the drawers do not feel sturdy.

File cabinet delivery.
Love the file cabinet. Ordered and prompt delivery. The only issue was that the driver dropped it off on my front porch never rang the bell and left. I was not able to get it into the house by myself as it was too heavy for one person plus I have back issues. I did not appreciate that. I had to wait until the evening when someone could help me . Not the quality I expected for the price.
I ordered two for homeschooling. Both of them arrived with the bottoms dented. We had to completely remove the locking mechanism on one of them due to the damage upon arrival. The drawers do not open smoothly. I need a new key for the other one that does lock and I can't reach customer service to go about doing that. I recommend finding them cheaper elsewhere. They just...
