Just what I ordered, just what I wanted
I went to a Staples store and was told by the clerk I could order the product online because they didn't have the file cabinet I wanted in stock. Went home and placed the online order and the cabinet was delivered the next day! Very little assembly required, only shifting around the lateral file bars. I'm very pleased with the appearance and size.

Horrible
Showed up with dents, dings and scratches that would not wipe off. It looks as if it had been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for years. So bummed.

Perfect size
We wanted to get a smaller 2 drawer lateral and this one is just perfect. The drawers open and close quite easily. It will hold letter or legal size. The dark grey color works great with out house.

Great file cabinet
I wanted to get a strong file cabinet. After visiting several stores and seeing some very lightweight metal file cabinets, I saw this online. Hoping for the best, I ordered it. It arrived on time. It had no damage. It worked excellently. The price was somewhat higher than the others but it's worth every penny, I'm glad I picked this one.

Great product & Service---poor logistics company
The Staple lateral file is a solid product, well built and worth the price. The printer sits on top and we have had no issues with vibration/shaking interfering with the printer. Staples customer service was responsive when the logistics company (Capstone) failed to deliver on time twice. Highly recommend the product.

2 drawer lateral file cabinet
The cabinet is fine, but the delivery was not. We had been assured that the Staples staff would bring it into our apartment in a retirement community. Imagine our surprise to find the box sitting unattended on our porch - not safe for 'old folks'.

Great Cabinet
Very nice and smooth sliding, it was a bit difficult to set up the hanging bars but other than that I love it!!!
