Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL
Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL, didn’t even look at the small print to tell you that ONLY the black was XL, and rest were the small, or regular size,.

The ink spilled all over my hand when I opened it. Only half actually went in the printer. I think it was defective.

Suddenly realizing you need an ink cartridge, means you probably want a replacement soon. Staples was great. I had a replacement cartridge by 2pm the next day. The cartridge price was the standard price offered at most other stores, some of which did not have the cartridge available for several days. I’m very happy w Staples and will go to them first in the future.

Brighten up with yellow
This was a must to achieve beautiful color prints with my Canon MG7120 printer. While I find the cost to buy individual cartridges more expensive than purchasing a Como pgk with all the colors needed for color printing, it is nice to have the option to buy a single color when you do not need to replace several colors. Love the quality this printer and inks provide!

Ink in a giant box.
I wanted to purchase some ink for my printer, but the Staples store was out of 2 of the colors I wanted. So the clerk ordered them for me right there in the store and they came the next day to my house!! Great service.
