response to printer use
I dont know why you couldn't place in a printer assuming the printer can handle heavier weight and you can set the size settings. but note we have Not used a printer for them yet

Hard To Find 3-1/2” Tab Inserts
These fit perfectly into the 3-1/2” plastic tab holders. They are extremely hard to find. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them packaged separately in the store only online.
