Better Instructions on first time Installation
First, I would like to say that my wife and Love the Keurig 2.0 we purchased. My wife just started drinking coffee and just loves the way that the pods work for great flavors of coffee every time. Recently, we changed the 2.0 water filter and the unit tabs broke off during the removal process. I am reaching out to Keurig for a solution to replace the water filter starte...

Too expensive

Terrible product...
I had a problem that the filter sent to me did not fit in the water container. so you sent me another filter that still doesn't fit in the water container. terrible manufacturing quality. i would never recommend a company with such poor quality and way worse customer service. Terrible company from what I see.

Fit Great with bonus Carbon Filters
Fit my Kerug Basket brew and Kcup unit perfectly, and had the two additional carbon filters. No issues

Waste of money
Worthless component tht does not work properly, as it does not firmly affix to the water tank and falls over.

Works as expected
Works as expected. Though I think the water filter holder should come with the coffee maker. I have the brew and chill . I think the coffee maker cost too much not to include the filter holder and at least one filter m.

My Keurig Experience
I thought that the representative that I explained my issue with was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She was able to identify the proper parts that needed to be replaced and put the order in. I received the parts in a few days and my Keurig Coffee Maker is working fine.

Missing filter holder.
I'd like to thank customer service for all the help in getting me the part that I needed. It should have been included in the package with the coffee maker, but someone must have just missed it when they were boxing it up. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

Filter needed to be purchased separately
I've had a Keurig coffee maker for some years and have loved it. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I had to get another Keurig coffee maker. This time, I had to buy the filter separately. I wasn't crazy about this and just wish it came with the coffee maker.

Very Expensive
For just 2 filters.. ( why I gave it 4 stars ) this is very high priced. Otherwise; it works great ;))* Good quality.

Good to Have
I love that I can be assured that my water for my coffee is purified, and that this will keep my Keurig clean from water deposits that can harm the machine. It is easy to install and use.
