Good customer service
Placed in-store order for shipment to home address. Significant mixup in the order received. However very prompt from Staples correct product shipped and quickly received return shipping label for incorrect product. I wish all companies would resolve issues so quickly and easily!

It's big enough to hold a years worth

Great container for personal records
I chose this file to keep my tax records straight. They are given to me in a legal size envelope so this file is the perfect size. I like to keep me away from my daily files as I only refer to them yearly.
