Wrong Color
The desk that's cherry on top and gray on the sides and back is called "hansen cherry/graphite gray." However, the desk and file cabinet that's a mixture of cherry and gray is called "hansen cherry/hansen cherry." After I mistakenly thought "hansen cherry/hansen cherry" would be 100% cherry, customer service told my I could return the desk and file cabinet for a 20% res...

Drawers Aren't Aligned Properly
The drawers on the 1st file were extremely misaligned. Middle drawer wouldn't shut fully. 2 hrs spent following re-alignment instructions to no use. Even took middle drawer out and put back in but still wouldn't shut. 2nd (replacement) filing cabinet almost as bad. Less than 1/8 inch gap between on left between 2 draws, more than 1/4 inch gap on the right. One draw bott...
