Paper mate ink ball point pens
The pens work as they are suppose to. Retract so you don’t have to worry about ink on anything else.

Paper Mate Pen does the job
I was looking for a decent looking pen at a reasonable price and definitely found it here. Don't forget to take off the protective tip before writing but it is smooth and reliable.
