The pen writes really well doesn't blot and has a nice flow. The metal barrel is smaller than I like so to me, it is hard to grip well. To make the pen larger you pull the metal piece out and when you want it the pen tip closed push the metal barrel back in. It's function is ok but the tip of the pen sometimes doesn't go into the barrel all the way.

Combo Pen/Stylus Works Well
The Zebra combo pen/stylus collapses to a smaller size and retracts the pen. When opened it returns to normal size pen. The package includes two pens for around $12. This is a great improvement from the stylus only device with no pen which sells for $13.00 for one item in another section of the store.

I'd recommend. Delivery est. was off and tracking didn't help. But a good pen.

Zebra Pens have a disapearing problem.
Zebra Pens are so popular in my house that they tend to disappear. Most turn back up in places like the wood shop or the craft room. One even surprised me when it appeared in my car. Love them and so does everyone else in my house.

Great idea, but…
Conceptually, this process makes sense. In reality, the telescoping stylus/pen leaves much to be desired. The body of these items does not feel well made. Writing with the pen is scratchy. The styluses are not well balanced. I’m disappointed with this product.

Love this pen
Finally found a decent medium ball point pen that writes smooth, doesn’t smear, and doesn’t have one of those rubber grips. The stylus for my iPad and iPhone use is a big plus. I might be ordering another of these.

Problem solver

I might buy another one
This is a novel idea and I like the stylus and the telescopic retractable feature. However, the ink smears on some types of paper and doesn't write on other types of paper, and the narrow pen is hard to hold. Therefore, I give it a 3 rating. However, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one because the pen is still useful.
