we used to have 2 smaller mats behind our sales counter and they were a trip hazard with this one big mat that spans the length of the counter no more tripping. Also it is very comfortable.

Good Cushion but slips around too much
The cushion and grip on the top is great however there isn't enough grip on the bottom for it to stay in place on concrete floors.
