I guess not many people are using this kind of ballpoint refill anymore and this was probably hanging on its hook for a long time. It is dried out and can't put down a dark line anymore.

Great customer service
I was looking for the correct pen refill and an associate stopped by while he was filling an order to see if I needed assistance. I got the help I needed from him. The cashier was also very helpful in helping me with my mobile app so I was able to redeem my rewards money on the transaction. Good old fashioned customer service that seems so rare these w.

Revived vintage pen
So glad replacement cartridge was available for my vintage pen. Never would have been able to determine which cartridge I needed without help from courteous staff member. Thank-you!

Would have given it a 5 but $10 + is a bit steep for a pen refill. Thank heavens they last a good while. No complaints about delivery they were here the next day.

Disappointment
This is the first Parker refill I was disappointed in the ink does not flow evenly from all sides of the ball and point scraps the paper on one side.

great refill
Worked immediately upon using....no scratching to get the ink to flow. My favorite pen is so old I was afraid they would have stopped making this refill. I'm so glad to be able to get it!

Silly to review a pen purchase
