This takes up so much less space on the desk and it can be held in your hand so it's versatile. AND it doesn't have that little round core/axle which rolls away and gets lost !!

A great product!
I buy these to keep tape in places I use it often. I prefer them over the plastic dispensers that are sold preloaded with tape because the metal teeth cut better than the plastic teeth. I can also buy the refill rolls with more tape at a better per yard price and I don't throw more plastic in the landfill.

Good Tape Dispenser
Ordered two of (10337). One was defective in not aligning the slots (off center). The other was fine. The metal edge razor is very sharp and cuts the tape well. *It may be hit or miss on receiving a properly aligned dispenser.

Very good product at reasonable price
The quality is very good. Quite sturdy and easy to use. It's big enough to hold the 1000 inch replacement tape.

Simple and does the job
Space in my home office drawer is limited and I don't want supplies on my desk so what I buy must be space efficient. I also buy supplies (like tape) in bulk so I need a refillable dispenser. product was exactly what i needed for traveling as both sides are enclosed vs. the cheaper open back types. I wouldn't call it a 'desktop' dispenser but still work well for my needs for traveling.

Great alternative to desktop tape dispensers
I'd used handheld tape dispensers before but lost the metal piece that cuts the tape so needed a new one. They fit nicely in a desk drawer and are more environmentally friendly than the cluncky (although convenient) desktop models.
