These don't have the locking release mechanism, which means at times they can slip out of position. Otherwise they do the job well.

Great dividers, but hard to install
These dividers are exactly what I wanted and needed. They come with instructions for 2 kinds of file drawers : low sided and high sided. Unfortunately, I have the high sided variety and getting the dividers in was some kind of task. Eventually, I had to get a Dremel lock saw and cut away a piece of the file drawer so the "follower guides" could slip into place.

Great product for my needs
I am using these to basically divide the drawer into two sections. With them, items in front and behind the follower stay upright (no leaning like some files tend to do). Very easy to install, no tools required, so even I could do it. Well made, sturdy, and perfect for what I needed.

Great product
These work great for our file drawers by keeping the files upright and not falling backwards. They latch well into the holes provided in the file cabinet. Others we have tried barely reached the holes. If you didn't line them up, the files fell backwards.
