Defeated the purpose of having the phone. It's just sitting in a box gathering dust now, used twice.

The phone seems to be very good. I am disappointed that it comes with a 2.5 mm headphone jack, but there do not seem to be any headphones available to fit the jack. One of the reason for buying this phone what the headphone jack. since it is built in I assumed that headphones would be available.

Unfortunately the phone does not work properly. Beautiful phone, but not able to use it yet.

Didn't last more than 6 months
I got this phone for work less than 6 months ago, I unplugged it today to move it to the other side of my desk. The caller ID never worked again, I tried everything! Even contacted AT&T.
AVOID! This is the 4th one my office has been through in the 4 years I have been here!

Good product. I'm happy!
It's a nice phone. It was easy to set up and all the features work as described. The phone is sturdy. The 2 line capability is why I bought it. I am happy with my purchase. Staples delivered it early so that was good too.

Bought 6 to replace aging 2-line phones in my small business, does what it is supposed to without unneeded complexity. Does what is says it will. It has the features I wanted without lots of things I didn't want.

A quality phone
I have been using this brand of phones for a long time and this model works very well.
It has plenty of features and is convenient to use.
The sound quality is very good.
It does require a 110 outlet for the features to work but the phone it self will operate with out being plugged in so it will work fine during a power failure.
I do recommend this product.
