It works!
Slightly flimsy but does the job of color coding with other folders. No complaints.

Love the 3 ring binder
It's great flexible and has the rings that open and close.

Response from Staples :
We apologize that the binder isn't working as expected. If you would like to return or exchange it it might be a defective binder.

A Little Too Rigid?
The look is great. The mechanism works fine. The price is right. But the one piece construction is stiff at the "hinges" which doesn't permit the folder to flop open easily or close fully easily. This is not a problem if you're just storing a manual you printed on a shelf but it would be annoying if I were using the manual on a regular basis.
