Poorly made item.
When I used it the first time, the plastic split on the left side pocket without much handling, imagine what will happen when I use this everyday!

Index Tabs too big for Slots
This 13 pocket expanding file is "stiff" and the cover doesn't stay open very well. I am sure that will improve with use. My biggest issue with the product is that the month/alpha tabs included for use are too big to easily fit in the slots provided. I had to trim them to make them fit. Otherwise, the file will work well for very occasional use.
