Great Desk
It isn't really advertised, so I asked and customer service told me the return was reversible. I installed it opposite to the picture on the website (long side to the right of the hutch). It took about 4 hours to put the desk together, mostly by myself, and it turned out great. The instructions were clear and I didn't have any mistakes caused by poor directions. Very ha...

Arrived Damaged
Desk arrived damaged and missing two parts. Called Bush's customer service and they said it will be at least two weeks before they can ship me the missing pieces and a replacement for the damaged desk top.

Easy assembly
Desk looks great and directions were straightforward. Boxes are heavy when delivered so have a friend available to move them and for some of the assembly. I do wish the 60 inch desk would have the option of an L shape on the right side and not just the 72 inch desk

Defect on desk too
After having someone put it together for me he found a defect in the desk top . Disappointing to say the least . The defect is raised up and has grooves in it

Missing Parts, Was Told It
Missing parts, was told it was back ordered so it would be 1-2 weeks, have not heard anything since. I will reach out but I should not have to chase down something that I was shorted.

It Has Not Been Fully
It has not been fully assembled as I am missing the bottom of both drawers :( I have called and requested they be shipped so I can complete the desk.

Quality Ok For The Price
For the price that you pay, the quality is only okay. The surface of the desk is only paper based, not a plastic top. This means that it is going to wear quickly and doesn't feel super nice. The underside isn't even covered, it's just open plywood. How much more expensive would it have been to cover that? There were some chips and dents in it that were far too easy to p...

Disappointed - I Expected Better
Very disappointed overall for many reasons. The board for the top of the hutch was missing from the box and I called to get a replacement. when I hadn't received it after a week, I called to ask and was told it was delayed by weather and should arrive in 2 days. Excellent and spacious desk
I bought it 6 years ago and it has served me very well.
I like all the space, how it looks and how solid it is.
The 1 star review says the directions were bad. I did not find that to be the case. Everything was labeled very well and I had no problems putting it together.
Very happy with it overall. Sadly I need to sell it as I'm moving to a smaller place :)

Directions for putting the desk together was very bad. Most of the pieces were not labeled properly. I had look at the pictures and try to figure out the steps. Missing 1 piece for the front of the desk.

Great desk--just takes FOREVER to assemble!
Got this desk to match one we bought a number of years ago. They look great, once assembled. Just take about a day to get everything put together. About a half a day for the two drawer file cabinet.
Careful not to scratch the finish--and do't use tape on it, or the woodgrain coating will come off and show white underneath.
Stylish. Sturdy once together. :-)
