Great Desk
It isn't really advertised, so I asked and customer service told me the return was reversible. I installed it opposite to the picture on the website (long side to the right of the hutch). It took about 4 hours to put the desk together, mostly by myself, and it turned out great. The instructions were clear and I didn't have any mistakes caused by poor directions. Very ha...

Arrived Damaged
Desk arrived damaged and missing two parts. Called Bush's customer service and they said it will be at least two weeks before they can ship me the missing pieces and a replacement for the damaged desk top.

Desk with Hutch
Several pieces damaged, a phone call took care of it, just takes another week to get the replacement parts.

Exceeded expectations
Great product, great quality. Assembly took some time as I am far from handy but I was blown away by how great this desk not only looks but how useful it is. I would highly recommend for those who work long hours from home looking for upgrade....certainly worth every cent and it was delivered way before expected, 10 out of 10!
