I returned them because a file folder with a tab did not fit in them.

Great quality, but too small
The trays are great if you're only going to put 8.5 x 11 paper in them. If you want to put folders and envelopes which are slightly larger than that, it doesn't work. I was very disappointed because the sturdiness and quality of the trays is excellent, but too small...

Functional and looks great
I really like the look of this letter tray. My only complaint is that the little pegs to hold it together are not entirely stable so sometimes it comes loose.

Bad support design
These trays would be great if the supports that each tray sides on at all four corners of each tray were not made of cheap plastic. They break easily. Thankful, my brother was able to design and make me metal supports so I could still use the trays. Why would this company make steel trays and then put plastic supports to stack them on?
