Dissatisfied.
The product didn't work, we bought the machine, we contacted support. they diagnosed it as the ribbon being messed up, only one month of having it, we bought a new ribbon and still doesn't work. We spent $1000 for absolutely no reason.

OEM Ribbon gives excellent color
You are able to print 100 cards with this ribbon and it is sharp until the last print.

Ink Cartridges don't last
It is quick and handy when using for small batches. The biggest con is that any badge you create with color photos and background really swallows the ink. I get fewer than 2 dozen 1 sided prints per cartridge.

Badgy 100/200 Printers
Had this for some years now and find it extremely frustrating. Stood printing for no reason, turn it off, come back the next day and it prints another 10 or so cards then quits..will be looking at replacing it.
