Great Phone
Purchased the base phone and three other remote phones... Setup was quick and very easy. Just beware that these phones offer a wide range of optional parameters that wiill suit the needs of any business large or small.
Audio quality is excellent, as well as range for the remote desksets and handhelds.
I recommend these phones to any small and or medium business.

Phone system requirements unclear
I did not realize that I had to have a primary console phone in addition to this one for this phone to work. It doesn't say anything about this requirement until you get way to the bottom of the information. It is not in the summary and not in the title... this phone will not work on its own.

Great system for a small business
Bought main console and 3 add one and 1 portable phone. Set up was very easy and while it took us a little time to learn all the features we absolutely love this system. And might I add it was a lot cheaper than what the phone company wanted.

All you could need & more
The phone has several uses that we didn't need and my staff had some adjustments to make to get used to using the new phones but all in all it's a good product.

Did not come with an actual cord to plug into the wall and when we went to the store and on the website to get one they didn't have one. We ended up having to return it.

Great simple office phone

V-Tech phone system
This was the perfect phone system for my business. It allows 4 lines and was very simple to set up and use.

did not like cordless phone
wrong phones. I wanted phones that had cords not just one. I need them in three buildings and this would not work. Very disappointed to spend the time and take home and find they were not what we wanted in spite of telling them what I needed. However, the young man who took them back when I returned them was very understanding and polite. He is a credit to you.
