We had this phone for 6yrs and worked great. till the last few months when you would be on a call and it would just shut off even if fully charged

I ask while I was in the store for a headset to be ordered for my phone and they must have gotten mixed up with handset. I will return and try again.

handsets too delicate
We do not really like the handsets because they are too delicate the volume button is too easy to change along side the handset which always seems to get turned down just from grabbing the phone. It's difficult to hear the person on the other end of the line as it sounds like they are in a tunnel and its hard to hear them. Also the way this phone and phone system work...

Excellent Small Business Phone
