Misleading Photo of File Box
The file box multipack that I ordered online was model 33250 but when picked up was given Basic Duty boxes. This happened 2 times even with more than an hour of assistance from Staples Chat. I found the corrugated cardboard boxes to be a bit lacking. The lid corners seem to have a tendency to tear. I ended up reinforcing mine with duct tape which also helps to keep the lid corners inside their slots. Instructions/diagrams to put the boxes together were easy to understand. Cleaning out a file cabinet. Using boxes for storage. Great ultility. Don't overload. The 1st box took a little while to figure out how to fold. But once I figured out the trick the rest were easy.

Left out in the rain .. topside plastic RIPPED!
This is not good. If the package top did not have a big rip it could have worked. All product damaged. Sometimes a second bag is added to make sure things do not get damaged.

File Boxes
I used to get more a in a grouping now they cut it down to 15 in each. They work for the purpose I wanted them for and strong enough so far.
