Excellent linen paper
This paper is top notch! I used it to print invitations and they looked superb! The paper has a very nice texture and worked well with my printer! I give it an A++++

One-Sided Texture and Needs Fixative
We love the look and feel of this paper. Great thickness, nice ivory color, beautiful natural/vintage texture.

Getting a refund for purchase
It was nice that you have an option to get a refund via phone for a purchase however, it takes up to 10 days to have the funds credited back to the account vs going into the store to have it credited immediately. The preference is to have it credited immediately....But so inconvenient to go into the store just for the refund. And if you happened to have used an ATM card...
