When it arrived, someone had folded the set in 1/2, which you shouldn't do w/ cardbd. I called & spoke w/ an associate of yours, whose name I can't recall, but she was SUPER helpful. I received a replacement right away. The set is hanging in my classrrom now and looks adorable! The manager of the Trueman Rd. store, who started the 1st order for me, was great, also! MH
