2nd one did not work either
Ordered one, returned because would weigh wrong, second one did the same thing, and it is not user error, I've been using these for years and these are just junk. Not as strong or as quality as my old Taylor either.

2nd one did not work either
Ordered one, returned because would weigh wrong, second one did the same thing, and it is not user error, I've been using these for years and these are just junk. Not as strong or as quality as my old Taylor either.

It just doesn't work.
I sell things online and immediately upon putting an item on this new scale, I knew something was wrong as I know that all the items are first class and under a pound with all the packing and box. Anyway, I tested it using my old Taylor, which is great, but dinged up from me dropping it all the time, and this new one was indeed wrong. I tested it many times using pounds...
