Product continually throws error message that says remove shipping lock. Followed all the steps to potentially clear it. Everything is installed as it should be and it still does not work. The product is worthless.

Expensive
A set of toners this 3 pack and the black one (even on sale) cost about 80% of what I paid for my whole printer (HP476DM). According to the "toner supply status report" from my printer I got an average of 1100 pages from my original set of cartridges. That's 35 cents a page! I had no idea HP was so expensive to operate. My suggestion is to spend the extra money for the name brand. These seem to last longer.

It's very convenient to change the cartridge good design on both the HP copier and on the cartridge. Always a clean job to handle. Staples had arranged quick delivery when I shopped at their store and found no stock on shelf. Tks!
