Very unhappy with phone machine I will return it . I have had previously 2 Panasonic units . This is so complicated . Just to change ur greetings takes a # and 4 numbers and several other steps . Good grief !’Would not recommend it !!!Also one of the additional hand helds had a missing battery .

Great phone
I've been using Panasonic products for over 25 years. I think they are one of the best out there. And this phone is no exception. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish there was a hold button on the handset. You have to scroll down on the screen to put a call on hold. Not very efficient design for an office phone. Panasonic KX-TGA950B handset
Easy to set up and use. every handset is numbered in order. Battery lasts forever.Stars only light up one star not all five.oh well

Home office use
we loved and purchased two additional sets for our home office. easy to use once you read the manual. very light and has side clips.

Replacement handset
This unit is a tad bit different from the one we got used to. The number pad is smaller the handset itself is smaller it rings differently and the CID Flash Sp phone and other buttons are all different. So far I have only disconnected one call using it.
