Hard to adjust falls over
Ordered these because we always try to choose a more environmentally friendly option but these were a bust. The ring kept getting stuck it was hard to load/unload and turn pages and they kept falling over.

Horrible Product
After 2 weeks of light use the metal part came off the binder returned to Staples. Was sent a replacement after taking it out of the Staples box and opening the binder the metal part was already broken in the same area.

Horrible Quality!
I ordered 38 of these binders to hold a litigation file for storage purposes. The file would be placed into the binder the binder then put on shelves as the control copy so I didn't need anything that had to stand up to any sort of usage which is a good thing because about 10 of these arrived with the metal brackets already detached from the binder then the first 5 ...

Great Buy!
I purchased two of these binders and I was really surprised at the durability and quality for the price. The rings in the binder are definitely sturdy enough to hold a year's worth of correspondence.
