Barrels Break Easily
It is a nice-looking pen, but many employees cannot use it after the barrel breaks.

Pentel Energel RTX Liquid Gel Ink Pen
Since I write all day, I am very particular about which writing instruments I use. Pentel Energel RTX Liquid Gel Ink Pens are the only pens used at my office as well as my office at home which is used for the family business. They deliver smooth lines with continuous flow and no interruptions.
