Staples notepads 8 1/2 x 11: not good
These pads are like floppy discs. The cardboard backing bends. The paper is what I wanted but the backing gives the pad no support. In addition the size of each pad is smaller than what I usually buy. I usually buy Tru Red at the same Staples store but the store seems to have had none when I bought these.

These pads are like floppy discs. The cardboard backing bends. The paper is what I wanted but the backing gives the pad no support. Decent Quality
Good quality paper for the price. The cardboard backing is not as sturdy as I hoped but it's fine if you're writing on a flat surface.

Earth friendly
It makes me happy that Staples takes recycleable printer cartridges. Ive asked my employer to set our spent toner cartridges aside for recycle instead of a landfill. Staples recycles batteries too!
