Damaged product - slow to respond service
I’ve been waiting for a resolution after submitting a request on 6/7/23. The last response I received was on 6/12/23. It is now 6/22/23. I’d like a response and a resolution to the issue with my product.

Tiniest compartment for trash
I was so excited for this trash can when ordering it, but my hatred for the tiny space for the actual trash has trumped it all. I love the larger space for the recycling but come on! We all need a little more space for the trash. We've only had it for 3 days and I'm already so beyond frustrated with this thing! I've had to take out the little trash just about every day ...

Great product, tiny improvements would make it outstanding!
The dual compartments are super cool, but I wish they were more equal in size instead of such a small trash side. Also, it would be really helpful if there were an embossed "Recycle" symbol on the lid to identify the recycling bin side -- people are confused and keep putting trash in the recycling.... a simple recycle symbol sticker would even help, but it doesn't come ...

Perfect Dual Compartment Step Can
This step can fits perfectly in my small kitchen without obstructing the pathways in and out of my kitchen. It has two compartments for trash and recycling. I love the product.

Moves very easily
My husband and I had a larger trash can by Simplehuman trash can, but were only filling it about one third to one half way. I had been eyeing this dual can for some time as in Seattle there is way more recyclables than trash. LOVE that it incorporates both. love it
sleek and practical addition to our kitchen. the larger recycling bin matches our lifestyle, and the ability to add the compost bin allows us to collect all of our waste in one space, very tidy.

Great for recycling in Costa Rica
Great for recycling.
You need a can and bottle crusher to go with it. The compartments can be a little small. The larger we use for glass and the smaller we use plastic and aluminum cans. That’s where the crusher comes in.

Quality but
I like this garage/recycling combo however I wish the bins were the same size. The trash side is way too skinny.

Makes life easier.

Nice combination
The way the space is divided is perfect for my household that generates little trash. But I reduced this by 1 star for it not being compatible with the Compost Caddy add-on. Seems a natural pairing in the battle to redirect household waste.
