More like 3 hole relief!
I can’t tell you how many times I had to punch holes manually. One by one. My punches began with a simple pencil. They were always off center and varied in size. I upgraded to a single whole punch and wow - my consistency was amazing. Even my partner commented on it’s clean holes!

Do not like this stapler
there is no corner to line up the paper so the holes cut out crooked; exchanged for the Staples brand which is fine

Works great
I needed a punch to help organize medical records primarily, but then I also started filing other information. It is easy for my arthritic hands & not painful at all. The only problem is releasing the lock to start using it. Works well for home use.

15 page 3-hole puncher
Holes are standard 9/32 inch. I wanted the one that punched half inch holes (16/32), but Staples didn’t have it. The 15-page version it good enough for what I needed.

Punch works well, chip tray could be improved
This punch works well however the chip tray opening should be redesigned - it's just a rubber flapin the center that pulls open and you have to shake the unit to het the little paper holes out. If you aren't emptying it right over your trash can then you will have a mess to deal with!

Unable to use …even one time. Upon removal from new box, no directions inside. It took 5 min to figure out how to release the handle so that paper could be inserted.

Punched cleanly
I read a lot of the reviews on this stapler before writing this. I did find the lock/unlock switch hard to push. However, it was clearly marked with an unlock icon and a lock icon. The paper alignment guide could definitely be higher. I punched a 10 page document and all three holes were punched cleanly. This was the critical part for me and it passes that.
