It Fit and It Works
It is so damn confusing looking for a simple replacement battery for a cordless phone. I had a frustrating time figuring out what was compatible with my phone. Fortunately, this one works.

Didn't work
The problem that I had was NOT about the battery, rather there was a glitch in the phone folder. The folks at You-do-it figured it out. I'd suggest better training for your personnel.

Phone battery not all talk

Yet to arrive
Ordered the product from the Gardner Mass. store location. A sales representative ordered it for me and as of today, 3-16-25, the battery still has not been delivered to my home. WTH

Why is there no inventory of this item in stock at the stores?
Yes, the battery I purchased is fine - but I need more and all of the stores only have - ONE IN STOCK! I can't drive all over Bergen County to pick up 2 or 3 batteries!!! WHY??
