It Fit and It Works
It is so damn confusing looking for a simple replacement battery for a cordless phone. I had a frustrating time figuring out what was compatible with my phone. Fortunately this one works.

Didn't work
The problem that I had was NOT about the battery rather there was a glitch in the phone folder. The folks at You-do-it figured it out. I'd suggest better training for your personnel.

Phone battery not all talk
I was expecting to have to get a new phone battery for my VTech through an online order but instead found one at Staples. It works great extending the life of my calls and my phone.

Yet to arrive
Ordered the product from the Gardner Mass. store location. A sales representative ordered it for me and as of today 3-16-25 the battery still has not been delivered to my home. WTH

Phone battery
At first I was skeptical because I thought it would not fit. But it made my phone work like a breeze! However I need another one for my other phone and the store did not have anymore.

my landline phone was not holding a charge. I needed another one but this was the last one. I went to another Staples but there they said they don't carry them anymore.

Why is there no inventory of this item in stock at the stores?
Yes the battery I purchased is fine - but I need more and all of the stores only have - ONE IN STOCK! I can't drive all over Bergen County to pick up 2 or 3 batteries!!! WHY??
