Thankful that I found this battery at Staples. I've been told that people do not generally buy this type of battery.

Didn't work
The problem that I had was NOT about the battery rather there was a glitch in the phone folder. The folks at You-do-it figured it out. I'd suggest better training for your personnel.

It Fit and It Works
It is so damn confusing looking for a simple replacement battery for a cordless phone. I had a frustrating time figuring out what was compatible with my phone. Fortunately this one works.

Phone battery not all talk

Yet to arrive
Ordered the product from the Gardner Mass. store location. A sales representative ordered it for me and as of today 3-16-25 the battery still has not been delivered to my home. WTH

Why is there no inventory of this item in stock at the stores?
Yes the battery I purchased is fine - but I need more and all of the stores only have - ONE IN STOCK! I can't drive all over Bergen County to pick up 2 or 3 batteries!!! WHY??
