Good prduct.
Very elastic and well machined; well packed and serviceable, but didn't fit my Pentels --too thin & it falls loose.
The returns department very graciously refused to receive the items and did an immediate refund, suggesting I could donate them to some school or similar public service organization.
Best customer service I have experienced in many years.
