Love the Pitcher, Filters Not So Much
I have several bones to picked here. I'll try to not take all my frustrations out on 1 company.
(1) Why aren't the "PLUS" filters listed here on the main website for your product? No one has noticed this oversight?
(2) so, if you buy the "ELITE" filter, it (supposedly) removes lead & other harmful metals. BUT - the water still has cholerine, minerals & tastes like wate...

Why pay more for bottled (municipal) water?!
always dependable, affordable and saves time, money & environment. No more schlepping cases of disposable water bottles, just filter your home water that you're already paying for..at pennies per gallon. Plus, bottled water is filtered municipal water anyway..at a 300% premium! Convenient..for whom?

Easy to use. Hard to recycle
We love our Brita filters but what can we do with all the used ones while waiting to be accepted into the Terracycling program?? There don’t seem to be any drop off locations around Pittsburgh. Are we supposed to dispose of them in the trash or what?? I have a growing collection and can’t keep them forever. Please advise.

Bitter Pitcher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brita Pitcher filter unit does not taste like the faucet unit.
The same is true for other brands I've encountered. The water
is more bitter or has some aftertaste that is not pleasant to
my palette. Some people swear by the pitcher, but I haven't

Brita Water Filter
I have been a Brita pitcher user for well over 10 years and wouldn’t use anything else. Also my daughter and I lived together for a few years. The water in our state is awful so we didn’t want her puppy drinking that water either so I purchase another Brita xtra large dispenser.
