Good stapler
I brought my old version of this SAME Staples stapler that would ONLY staple occasionally - drove me crazy. Counter person tried to analyze the old stapler and said NG and went to the shelves to bring me this new and improved version. Loved the old version, not this one
I had a Staples brand one-touch type stapler that was at least 10 years old. I bought this one a couple of weeks ago and am so disappointed. The old one was as dependable as a stapler should be. Good stapler, versatile. Instructions (opening, loading) would have been helpful because some functions are a tad unusual.

Awful item
This item stinks!! It is very hard to load and does not fit standard staples. Save your money and buy a different stapler!! Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

I was not impressed with this stapler-certainly will not hold up
to 20 sheet capacity. I will not recommend this product to other
customers. It seems like whenever I find a stapler that works well
they are discontinued.

Is it weird to be obsessed with a stapler?
It’s definitely a sign of growing up when you’re excited about a stapler and how easy it is to use when you’re in the office. I love this stapler and will never buy an any ole regular-degular stapler for as long as I live.

Not user friendly
I was disappointed with the stapler. I couldn’t even load the staples. There were no instructions on the packaging. I returned the stapler . It was frustrating.

You have to buy staples separately. That should be clear on the packaging. Kinda ironic: no staples in the stapler from Staples?
