Great stapler uses standard staples
Some people are saying it doesn't use standard staples but it does they just go in upside down very quick to load once you figure that out. Efficient smoothest stapler very little pressure needed to operate and never had one dud staple in the years I've used it.

Good stapler versatile. Instructions (opening loading) would have been helpful because some functions are a tad unusual.

Less Sturdy with Cheaper Plastic
I purchased two of these for the office thinking it would be like the existing Staples One Touch i've been happily using for a few years. Unfortunately when they arrived I see it is much lighter and flimsier with what were previous metal and durable parts now replaced with cheaper plastic. Awful item
This item stinks!! It is very hard to load and does not fit standard staples. Save your money and buy a different stapler!! Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

never really work
Staples you need to do better. Every stapler we have that is Staples brand does not work. they are cheaply made of plastic and they break easily or just won't work to begin with.
