AMAZING PRODUCT
I normally dont write reviews ever, but this product is AMAZING. For reference, I tried Brita (two kinds of pitchers) and I thought my water was fine (but not great). With Zero Water, the pitcher/ filter makes my TEXAS sink water taste AMAZING. The water quality is so good. Love this product!

Extremely slow for water to pass through
This thing filters water slower than a snail on vacation! You have to fill the reservoir, wait around 30 minutes, then repeat that maybe six times just to get a full pitcher. That’s like a 3-hour epic saga for a glass of water!
At this rate, I’ll be dehydrated and old before I get a sip. Who designed this? Mother Nature on dial-up?

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

New design won't stop leaking
I've been a zerowater user for many many years, and though I love the filters, they're always seems to be some kind of challenge with the pitchers. Water runs out
I was curious in trying this pitcher but got disappointed when I was adding water to filter the water runs out through the small sides and does not get filtered is not locking strong from top or I’m I doing something wrong??

Never got my product or order info
I ordered a pitcher and two filters that were a bundle deal on 11/17/23 and never got an email about my order #. I sent an email and never got a response so I called a few days ago and the rep couldn't help me but give an order #. Told me to call back for when there's a manager available. Filters
I know MOST things don’t last forever and it wouldn’t be part of your business model if you were to make a mistake and make a product that did or at least had an extended life. Would it be too much too ask if your filters had this capability? Know everyone is in it to make a living and then some. Product is phenomenal just put more life into your filters.

Great product

Don't get one with a dispenser spout!
As soon as I opened mine out of the packaging, within 2 min of being out, the little plastic button on the dispenser popped off & the pitcher won't hold water without it on there. Very good.
I purchased this to use at my apartment when I don't have access to my reverse osmosis system.
It provides me with the same quality of water, for a fraction of the cost.
Very happy with the quality of water this unit provides.
Will be using zero water untill I can install my reverse osmosis system in my new home. Even then I will probably keep using this.

Poor Design
The poor design allows mold and mildew to grow on the pouring flap and inside of the filter. The top also falls off when pouring. The tight spaces allow mold and bacteria to grow and are hard to reach to clean so the mold stays there. Also after a few months, black dust is in the filtered water I tried washing it out but seems to be permanent.

WATER LEAKS FROM BOTTOM OF PITCHER
Have had ths for less than 4 months. Loved everything about it until this morning. I filled it last night and left it on my counter to filter as usual. Good product, Bad design
I bought the ZEROWATER pitcher and found it to water great, but there are some design flaws. First the lid has a recessed area for the EC Meter, but water gets splashed in there when you are refilling the pitcher. Then the EC Meter is sitting in water, even through a small amount, the meter rusts out and leaves a yellow/orange stain on the lid! The meter no longer works...

Perfect
We love this water pitcher. It holds enough water for a day and isn't too heavy to carry around the house (We use in the family room in the basement). It has been 4 weeks, and the water test still reads 000. We are happy with ZeroWater.

Review of 10 cup water filter pitcher
Nicely designed pitcher except the cover is a little flimsy and a full pitcher pours a wide stream of water that the user has to make sure that it doesn't spill all over the counter. Looks like the cover will be the first think to break. I love the water quality from this system and the nicely designed spigot at the bottom

Great product!
Excellent filtering pitcher. Very pleased with its performance. Glad I purchased it. Water from the tap in the USA has horrible contaminants including flouride. FLOURIDE IS NOT FOR HEALTHY TEETH PEOPLE, THEY ARE DRUGGING YOU! DONT EVEN GIVE TAP WATER TO YOUR PETS!
