I received the wrong item. I had to talk to 4 different representatives and re-tell my problem all 4 times. I was told I would be called back within 4 hours and I never received that call. I had to call back. The last representative told me he would send me a replacement order that would arrive Wednesday or Thursday this week. There is nothing on my account showing the ...

Great Home Office Printer

Very Easy to Use
This printer was so easy to set up! I scanned the QR code and it led me to installing the app and basically everything else was set up automatically! Basic Multi Function Printer
This is a simple (and so far reliable) basic multifunction printer. Set up was easy and only took a few minutes. I found the wireless printing to be fairly consistent, even from my phone, which is not always the case with wireless printers. I really like the automatic double sided feature, which I use most of the time when printing documents.

Easy set up and great print quality
I’ve had the Canon PIXMA TS4320 for about 2 weeks and love it! Set up was super quick and easy, there is an online how to that walks you set by step to set it up. Big pro is that it’s wireless. Fine When It Decides To Work
This should be a basic, easy to use printer and scanner. I don’t need it often, but when I do, I need it to work. I spend more time hovering over it, pressing buttons, it either not grabbing standard paper or jamming, usually on the bottom where it can’t be reached. I've had this printer for three years, I use it for the occasional office use. I work in a paper heavy job and am remote, but I do require a printer a couple times a week. Between jamming alignment issues excessive ink usage and costs and poor button design as well as poorly optimized internet setup and spotty image quality this printer quite literally has all the markings of a junk pile. Horrible printer
The worst printer I have ever owned. Have had multiple issues and already been replaced once, the new one is having similar issues. Always owned HP or Brother printers and will go back to those brands. Do NOT be tempted by the price - this company is knowingly selling defective printers.
