Leaky Dispenser
Just like one of the other reviews, my dispenser started dripping/leaking after about 3 months. Unreturnable. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Really like this Avalon Water Dispenser!
We recently purchased the Avalon Top Loading Hot &? Cold Water Cooler. We are very pleased with it. It takes up very little space and is quiet and efficient.

Good for the price and our needs
This water cooler was a little bit more "tipsy" than our prior model. We placed it between a small refrigerator and a microwave oven stand. The hot water child protective tab is a great feature when needed but a pain in the neck for our everyday use as we have no children in the building.

I cannot tell you how we like it or not as we have yet to purchase the water container. I didn't know that it wasn't included.

Leaked

Holy Hot water!
This cooler puts out very hot water , in which we like for our cups of tea at the office! And cool water is good too, when we wan to quench our thirst!!

This is my third water dispenser in the past 7 years. The previous two were very noisy. Avalon dispenser is so far the most quiet one and can keep the water cold. It is also the slimmest one, but a little taller, so when you put the bottle on top, you just have to hold the bottle little higher before placing into the dispenser.
