Plastic taste
Extremely disappointed our water cooler tasted like plastic after we cleaned it and they sent us a replacement which tasted even worse

Great cooler!
I like the paddles and the fast dispense rate. It's too tall to fit in the cabinet with the 5 gallon bottles. We can only use the 3 gallon bottles.

Compact, convenient water dispenser
Bought a month ago and working great so far! It does make a consistent buzzing/humming noise when the cold water condenser is on, but it's similar to the noise a mini-fridge would make. Perfect size 4 space
Just bought it not even plugged in yet.
Little concerned the front facing right corner top had to be snapped into place but otherwise so far so good

Wife likes it !
Trying another one since my wife likes the look. Last one died within a year but Avalon promptly replaced it under warranty so I will give it another chance. Worked great until then.

Nice but Loud

Perfect H2O Temp
This is water bubbler #2 for us through Avalon. Haven't had any issues, water dispensed always comes out the perfect temperature hot and cold. Only issue would be the feet underneath them, would be cool if they could be adjusted to level out the cooler for those that have uneven floor.
