poor experience
We bought a Michael's e-gift card from Staples.com. It took a few days for the e-gift card to be delivered. Then when we clicked the link to get the gift card, we got an error message that the page was unavailable. Then a day or two later we got an email stating that the delivery was delayed and that it would be almost two weeks before we got the gift card emailed to us...
