Great tea kettle! Heat up quickly and looks great too! I have one for both the office and one for home!

It worked just about three weeks after I’ve bought it. Unlucky purchase
I bought this teapot because of its design. But it’s been only three WEEKS when it stopped working. I talked to your warranty department. My understanding is that I’ll get a replacement. I have sent them the proof of purchase at once but did not get anything so far. I am still hoping but feel disappointed in your customer service. Happy New 2021 Year! I definitely...
