ATT ATT1740 Digital Answering System
The product arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The unit is simple to setup and use for landline telephones. There is nothing complicated about this unit. I'm so glad this unit is still available it replaces an almost exact unit that has lasted for more than 15 years.

Good machine for the job
Easier to use than the answering system that is built in with our 4 phone AT&T system. This machine has big buttons and is much more operable while transcribing the messages. Only complaint is that the product photo showing the big center button with play/stop led me to believe if the person speaking got going to fast I could pause them while I caught up writing and...

Pleased to find an answering system that works with my current phone.
Works as expected for receiving voice messages. I haven't quite figured out how to create my own outgoing message. Not sure if it is complicated or if I am doing something to make it complicated.

I just got back and set the machine up yesterday and so far it is really good. I also would like to say that I received great help at the Staples store from everyone and would certainly recommend the folks in your Stamford store to friends and family. Thank you

The product was good but I was disappointed to find that you had cancelled my Staples Credit Card without telling me because I had not used it enough..How about reinstating my card?
