Great tool to complement foam roller
I have been using it after the workout and I notice improvement on my back flexibility. It's also great for massaging the hip area and IT band. The ball is just the right size to massage smaller areas that are hard to get with form roller.

My friend had me try hers and I fell in love with it, so I had to buy my own. I'm sad that it was the bright lime color as hers was pink and not as blinding, but otherwise, it's so great! So much better than the typical foam roller. It's perfect for hips and glutes. I highly recommend this! I'm a licensed massage therapist and I cannot stop recommending this to my clien...

Love this ball, whenever I feel sore after CrossFit workout - I always use this ball at home to relax my muscles, it also comes with online lessons how to properly use the ball - I strongly recommend to visit their website and learn new moves.

Great Massage Ball for use on the floor, but even better when used up against the wall. I last for years. Suggest washing it every month or so just to remove the dirty and grunge.

I keep this at work to use on the knots in my back, neck and shoulders that come from working on computer. I use it against the wall -- position it between my neck/back and the wall, with my knees bent so that I can go up, down and sideways as the particular knot requires. You do have to move it around till you find "the spot" that needs to be annihilated. Reviews th...

I needed something larger than my trusty lacrosse ball to massage my hamstrings, primarily, and lower back. This ball works well and better than a roller for these two areas. The size is great. I wish it was a bit denser, like a lacrosse ball, for my hamstrings. The lower back is a bit more sensitive, so if that is your primary need this ball might be perfect.

A friend pulled a muscle in his lower back/buttocks region. After physical therapy, acupuncture, and more this ball was the only thing that worked for him so when I had lower trouble I gave it a try. Love this thing! Great for doing stretches even if you're not having any soreness or muscle issues. Always keep this handy.

Loved this so much I bought a THIRD one for our Crossfit gym. I brought mine in and everyone loved it. Two people have bought one for their own use at home. Just the right size to give the right pressure to my back and neck area. Grips on the ball make it so it doesn't slide out from behind you when you are using your living room wall! I look forward to rolling out...

I highly recommend this deep tissue massage ball when you need fixing in a hurry, those trigger points are screaming and you can't get to a massage therapist. I tried other smaller balls like a tennis ball, a handball, and even the dog's chuck it ball. None of them were as sturdy. This one gets right to the problem area. I find when I stand against a sturdy wall or...

I purchased this for my daughter who spends many hours in practice for triple jump. She continually gets muscle tears and injury from over-use of the leg muscles, so I got this for her to work out the scar tissue. She uses it to roll out the muscle and just loves it. It is larger and doesn't have that dig that the smaller balls, so it's less painful. If you are having m...

This ball combined with a foam roller is the perfect team. It gets all the areas I'm just unable to reach with the foam roller. It's large enough to work major muscles but can be concentrated to dig challenging areas

Great idea. Foam rollers are a bit too broad to be effective for me. The size of this ball (about the size of a cantaloupe) is very useful for massaging spots that you can't get to with a lacrosse ball. Very firm dense material but slightly forgiving.

I swear by this! I have used one in Crossfit during our mobility and flexibility work and found it amazing. Last week I went into Crossfit limping from a hip problem that I have. After using this massage ball for a few minutes the limp and pain were completely gone! Thats when I said - I need to have one of these at my house! I got it 2 days ago and I have used it ...

This is my favorite massage tool and I have baskets devoted to all kinds of tools! I do yoga and get acupuncture and am very active but still tend to have tight back muscles and a lot of upper and lower back tension from work-related stress. Of all my myriad massage tools for back pain, this is the best and it's almost as helpful as a professional massage. It's about...

Whoa, Nelly. I have very tight muscles and have had chronic achilles problems for years. A few days rolling my hips, thighs, calves, arches and glutes with this has made a surprising difference. I've had surgery and done extensive PT, used tennis balls and lacrosse balls, and even get monthly massages. This ball tops them all. I like it better than a foam roller because...

As a strength and conditioning coach, I've used many products prior to offering them to my clients. Tennis balls, softballs, lacrosse balls, various foam rollers, stick rollers and foam balls. This foam ball is the best I've tried. From its 5 inch diameter size to the density of foam, it takes care of soft tissue in hard to reach spots like no other product I've used. A...
