Cleans with little effort.
We had hard water rings on our toilets and had tried multiple cleaners and lots of elbow grease but nothing worked. This stuff worked amazing and no elbow grease needed. The toilets looks good as new!

Doesn't seem like heavy duty.
It doesn't seem heavy duty. Has no effect on hard water stains.
