Overheats
I leave it plugged in to my car console (powered only if engine running). After a few months noticed plug ends were getting hot to the touch. This morning I went to plug it in, and it touched my iPhone plastic cover and I saw smoke - the plug was so hot it melted the plastic cover. Unsafe.
