I give this no stars. used if for 2 days and felt worse then after 20 years. its not the right shade and doesn't sit in the right position on the shoulder

Not good. Too small and its color is off. It always appears to be dirty.

Do not purchase
We tried this shoulder rest and it does not work well. We immediately had to replace it with a larger one. This one is too small and awkward.

Too Small
We are ordering different ones. These are way too small and still cause neck pain when used on the phones.
