Great phone rest.
The phone rest was like the picture. I remove an old one that I had and replaced it with the new one. It is comfortable and it seems like it will be durable. I would recomend.

Great phone rest.

Comfortable
We have 20 employees on the phones all-day. Shoulder rests have made a huge improvement in their comfort. Will order again as we grow our company.

Makes Such A Difference!
Our office is not busy enough where we I need a head set but there is a lot of data entry that is involved. This shoulder rest makes a such a difference when trying to answer calls while inputting so much information.

The shoulder rest is a nice product and great price. However this specific product is not wide enough to our office liking. It does not relive much neck bend. Only slightly.

Serves the purpose but not the greatest product
It looks nice and sleek on the back of my office phone; however when leaning on your shoulder it often seems to slip off. That is very annoying. I am on my office phone a lot and I got this product to save my neck but with this slipping off my shoulder all the time it kind of defeats the purpose. I think it works fine as a temporary solution until I can get a replace...

Disappointed in length too long for our cordless phones
The measurements are incomplete. It's 7" long which is too long for our cordless phones. We need to be able to access the panel to replace batteries as needed. The overall length should be added to the descriptions of all shoulder rests.

A true lifesaver
Since the pandemic I had to work from home and the immediate problem was that my work headset wasn’t compatible with my home phone. After two days of cradling the phone on my shoulder and typing I gave up and went to staples. It was the best decision. I just peeled the adhesive strip off and affixed to my phone.
