Better than Vinegar
No smell at all! Easy, quick, works better than vinegar and without the smell. One bottle is three uses, so, worth the price IMO.

No Directions
Have no idea if this works or not. Label says "peel back for instructions" yeah... no. When you peel back the whole label comes off. You can see there is something written on the inside but there is absolutely no way you can take the label apart... really? WOW.... Ridiculous!

Descaler

Phone help was great
It didn’t work when I used it but I called your company and a gentleman helped me do it correctly. Detailed instructions along with the product would help.

Descaling process
The product worked fine, but the reason I gave it three stars was because the new Keurig supreme does not accept a vinegar descaling. The only thing that would turn off the notification was this liquid. If I had known it, would not have purchased the coffee maker

Helpful cleaning solution
My coffeemaker works well and I like it. However, it tends to grow algae in the very bottom of the water receptacle. This product was helpful, although I had to go online to find out how much solution to use, since there were not directions on the bottle.

Waste if money
Followed directions. Let the product sit for an hour in the machine. Flushed wuth 15 full ranks of reverse osmosis triple filtered water. "Descale" light is still on.smh

Descaling Process Difficult
Tried solution twice & descale light does not turn off on my duo-gen 2. The descale light went on 3-4 weeks after purchase. The issue may be the model since I've never had problems with my other Keurigs.

Descaling crarfe
The descaling solution did not work. I am only getting 8-9 cups of coffee when pressing the 12 cup option.

Keurig Descaling solution
This product works best for Keurig coffee makers. Stay away from the cheaper off-brands, not worth it in the long run.
