Better than Vinegar
No smell at all! Easy, quick, works better than vinegar and without the smell. One bottle is three uses, so, worth the price IMO.

No Directions
Have no idea if this works or not. Label says "peel back for instructions" yeah... no. When you peel back the whole label comes off. You can see there is something written on the inside but there is absolutely no way you can take the label apart... really? WOW.... Ridiculous!

First off, thank you for supporting us, the customer! Your staff helped me figure out what I was doing wrong when I tried descaling my machine. Sent me by email the instructions on the descaling process. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to them.

Prefer Keurig descaling solution
Thank you Keurig for having your descaling solution in stock and available. There are many other options out there but I prefer the original Keurig descaling solution that is recommended for Keurig coffeemakers.

Perfect answer to keep my Kuerig working
We have very hard water here in my city. So, cleaning the coffee maker is crucial to extending the life of your machine. It's good to know that there's a product made specifically for that purpose.

Extremely Simple Process
As far as I can tell it worked well and did exactly what it said it would do... descale the machine. The notice went away once it completed. And it was extremely simple to perform.

It was a miracle!
This is a great product. I threw away my big Keurig because I could not get it clean or to work at all. I bought this and dug the Keurig out of the trash, sterilized it, and used this bottle. It was like a miracle. I will never run out of these bottles!

Works Well

Works as advertised
Works as advertised tho having to run water through my Cusinart 12 times seemed a bit much. But it did work.

Keeps Working!
We have only used Keurig Descaling Solution every 3 months in our Keurig since we bought it 7years ago. It has kept our heavy use machine in top notch condition. Easy to order and easy to use. Great product!

It broke my keurig
I followed the descaling instructions exactly and my keurig started smoking and then would not turn back on. I can't say it was definitely the solution but it didn't help. I got the keurig branded solution to avoid those kind of problems. It took more than 2 weeks to get a replacement machine.

Keurig descaling solution
Just purchased a new machine and haven't yet needed the descaling solution. It does seem a bit expensive for citric acid. I will probably not purchase this again.
