Good cabinet. It took me 5 tries before I received the cabinet without a dent. Staples was so on it and sent someone to pick it up and deliver another one right away. I wanted to give up on the fourth try but staples assist in giving me the fifth one. The driver was also nice they would tell me before they arrive that the cabinet was dented. Buy in the store ONLY
We ordered this file cabinet online. They delivered it with three dents. We had to exchange it three times because it was ALWAYS dented. I would only but it in the store. Staples does not pack this item right.

I wanted this for some time!
I already had a 2 drawer file but I grew out of it rapidly. This one was at a good price, I am glad I bought it. I had mixed feelings about getting a business sized file for my apartment, so I deliberately ordered it in grey. I could have gotten a black one. Maybe I should have. Oh well.

Looks nice but construction inside is a bit odd. It looks like it had a lot of pressure in shipping. I did not return as the defects are on the inside of a couple of the drawers.

Beautiful Filing Cabinent
The cabinet is a beautiful grey color. It came as described.
There were not any dents which was great considering other reviews.
The drawers are deep which is great for storing a lot of files. However, the two bottom drawers were a little difficult to open. Not a deal breaker though, all you need to do is push the drawer in a little bit and the drawers will open.

Terrible packaging
The quality isn't as good as the older version I have. It arrived with a big dent on the side, very disappointed with shipping. If I've seen it in person, I would probably not buy it. It is a pretty color though.

Nice light duty cabinet. drawers work great and lots of room.
Only negative thing is (like all of them), it came really dented! Box looked good, but cabinet was dented in three places. Obviously rough handling in transit.

Love it!! The draws open and close smoothly.
My first delivery was completely damaged and banged up. Once the replacement arrived it was happy filing from there on!

The cabinet arrived in perfect condition (boxed), Not a scratch or ding to be found, once unboxed!
